VPN users are required to have their Microsoft Windows setup to automatically download and install critical patches for their Microsoft Operating System. Enabling Windows Automatic Update feature helps to keep your system secure. Many viruses and spyware products use problems corrected by Windows Update to install malicious software on your machine. With Automatic Updates enabled any known problems that Microsoft releases patches for will be fixed without any action required on your part.
